October 2023 E-Trailer is launching a brand-new product, namely the Starter Package Plus with E-Track&Trace. With E-Track&Trace, your customer has insight into the exact location of his caravan or motorhome at any time. This gives a sense of security and total control.
Customers can get € 70 cash back from E-Trailer if they return their old E-Connect once they bought their Starter Package Plus from their dealer. The cash back trade-in offer will run through E-Trailer which means that all you need to do is to make sure your customers know about this incredible offer.

New: In case of theft, E-Track&Trace
The E-Trailer system now starts with the choice of a Starter Package. There are two options: the Starter Package Plus and the Starter Package Basic. The Starter Package Plus works with both a Bluetooth and an internet connection. With the Starter Package Basic, your customer can only connect via Bluetooth. With the Starter Package Plus, your customer can also use E-Track&Trace, a GPS Tracker which makes it easy to locate your camping vehicle in case of theft.

1. How does the cash back trade-in campaign work?
Step 1: In October 2023, all customers (other than German or Dutch speaking) will receive an e-mail from E-Trailer (in English) inviting them to take advantage of the cash back trade-in promotion. Step 2: Customers will simply order their Starter Package Plus from their dealer. It is important for them to keep the invoice and their old E-Connect and QR code.
Step 3: Customers return their old E-Connect, QR code and invoice to us at the address below. They have to include their details as specified in this return form:

Important note about the cable: your customer does not need to return the old cable to us, only the E-Connect itself. Even though a new cable is included when you purchase a Starter Package Plus, they might want to use the old cable connection if this cable is built into your camper or caravan. In this case you can use an adapter cable which you can buy here.
Step 4: Once we have received the old E-Connect and QR code with a copy of your invoice from your customer we will send them an e-mail confirmation including a form in which we ask for your bank details to process the € 70 cash-back payment.
2. What steps does the retailer need to complete to install the Starter Pack Plus?
- Scan the QR code of the old E-Connect using your dealer Login to the E-Trailer app to connect to the customer’s account.
- Click on the + symbol and scan the QR code of the Starter Package Plus in the app.
- The old E-Connect is now disconnected from the customer’s account, and the new one is added to the customer’s account.
- Follow the steps in the app to set up the new Starter Package Plus.
- One of the steps is to check the GPS connection. This requires the vehicle to be outside.
- As you have installed a new Starter Package, it is necessary to recalibrate all the customer’s existing modules.

Tip: Also check all module batteries right away to make sure everything works properly. Batteries are not included in this promotion. Suitable batteries are available in our webshop.
What steps must the customer go through to use the Starter Package Plus?
- The customer must uninstall the E-Trailer app from their mobile and install the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
- The customer then needs to subscribe within the E-Trailer app to use the E-Track&Trace module. The internet connection is established by the built-in SIM card. The Plus subscription costs € 99.95 per year.
