Add smart sensors to your new Dethleffs
For fans of Dethleffs caravans, the Dethleffs Connect App offers convenience and comfort in the field of smart caravanning. In step 10 of the configuration process for original parts, you can choose to add the SIU base station, including a digital spirit level and battery voltage meter, for €129*. This base station connects via Bluetooth and allows you to add more sensors during the configuration process or at a later time.
Do you have an existing Dethleffs caravan with the corresponding app? Then you can also add sensors. Please note: these sensors are not available for purchase via E-Trailer. Visit the Dethleffs website for more information and place your order via your Dethleffs dealer.

SIU Smart gas indicator: Measures the fill level of the gas cylinder in percentages and kilograms in the Dethleffs Connect App. You will receive a warning when the gas level is low, so you can take action in time and never run out of gas. Item number 3447374, worth €121*.
SIU Smart tongue weight sensor: This ensures you hit the road safely with the correct tongue weight. The Dethleffs Connect App shows you exactly what you need to do to achieve the correct tongue weight. Article number 3447380, value €304*.
SIU Smart tyre pressure sensor: Measures not only the current tyre pressure, but also the tyre temperature. While driving, you know if the tyres are OK and you receive a warning when action is needed. Item number 3447384, worth €111.*

SIU Smart Sensor, water level indicator: makes it easier to read the water level in the Dethleffs Connect app. Item number 3447393, worth €121. Tip: Choose a water level indicator for fresh and grey water tanks now!
SIU Smart temperature sensor: a practical addition. By detecting temperature deviations, you know if the refrigerator is working properly, if your water tank can freeze and if your pet is doing well. In short, an indispensable sensor! Product number 3447392, a value of €56. Tip: Think about where you want to place the temperature sensor, for example in the refrigerator, near the water tank or in the bathroom to prevent mould. The temperature sensor also measures the humidity!
SIU Smart Contact Sensor: Prevents damage by warning you if a window or skylight is still open when you drive away in your motorhome. Item number 3447389, worth €41. Tip: You can add up to five sensors of each type. This means you can equip every window or skylight with a sensor.
