It is important for them to keep the invoice and their old E-Connect and QR code.<\/p><p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Customers return their old E-Connect, QR code and invoice to us at the address below. They have to include their details as specified in this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeekxZIkFdqgLbvcBQWbTDTIBP1Th20eEYiH9pJY133A-0qbw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\"><strong>return form<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p><p>E-Trailer<br \/>Treubstraat 27 <br \/>2288 EH Rijswijk <br \/>The Netherlands<\/p><p>Important note about the cable: your customer does not need to return the old cable to us, only the E-Connect itself. Even though a new cable is included when you purchase a Starter Package Plus, they might want to use the old cable connection if this cable is built into your camper or caravan.
